What is water and aqua alike?

Aqua is the Latin word for water, and on many products like scents and shampoos the word is used for international understanding. So they say. It's confusing a lot of people here in the UK. On food products, the local word for water is used, and no-one seems confused. Jul 27 06, 4:58 PM
