    Can people, who keep in shape, get cellulite?

    		Cellulite is a word without a technical definition. It's just advertiser-speak for fat. Everybody can put on some fat, but exercising will help to keep it to a minimum. Men tend to put on excess fat on the stomach while women put it on around the hips. This can happen even if you exercise moderately and are generally fit, especially in middle-aged people.

    		We are all different and "keeping in shape" is a relative term, however, it is possible to prevent cellulite starting with healthy diet and good habits.
