That site is fun, but being Irish I feel I have authority to dispute it. Let's see if anyone gives the answer I'm looking for. But it's very close.

However, you might it easier just to call me "Frankie." Many players do.

I think perhaps it's been misheard as it went abroad. In the Irish vernacular Old becomes Auld which sometimes becomes Oul' (like Ol' or Ole). Guess that could have become All.
