"The United States ten-dollar bill ($10) is a denomination of United States currency. U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton is currently featured on the obverse of the bill, while the U.S. Treasury is featured on the reverse. (Hamilton is one of two non-presidents featured on currently issued U.S. bills.)"

Since I can't figure out which side of the building is being shown....
A Statue of Alexander Hamilton, the 1st Secretary of the Treasury, is located on the south patio of the building, while a statue of Albert Gallatin, the 4th Secretary of the Treasury, is located on the north patio.

In Canada, (because the question did not specify which currency), the man on the 10-dollar-bill is Sir John McDonald, former Prime Minister.
