Happy Primary Day to, um, certain beleaguered people in the U.S. Apropos of that, if you're a wingnut or a moonbat, what do you believe?

Question #69497. Asked by lanfranco. (Aug 08 06 6:35 PM)

A Wingnut would believe in anything that could easily be waved past their eyes, so it seems.

"Wingnut is a political epithet for a person who holds tightly to beliefs that fall well outside the realm of accepted fact, usually due to ideological bias."

Ah, but you need to be a bit more specific and also offer a definition of the "moonbat."

    I do like this one:

Moonbat: Someone on the extreme edge of the political left who has long abandoned fact & logic in the pursuit of spewing their scocialist crapaganda.

That'll do. You get the silver mace, while those people in Connecticut are meandering around and trying to figure out who won what ....

Hmmm. Looks like Lamont is winning ....

According to a few google searches that I just did, ‘wingnuts’ and ‘moonbats’ are slang for extreme members of the right and left wing political groups [respectively].
