    		I take it the question deals with 'colleges' only, as many presidents, sitting or past, have delivered commencement addresses. Our current President Bush delivered the Calvin College address in '05, but his daddy also spoke at the College of William and Mary in '95. If you include universities the list goes on considerably.

    		President George W. Bush spoke at the Ohio State University Graduation in June 2002.
