    		I know I've heard it before. I'm not positive, but I would say either Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood (not the main character, but one of the supporting older ladies -- maybe Maggie Smith?) Or, my other thought was Steel Magnolias -- either Olympia Dukakis' character or Shirley Maclaine. I seem to remember a southern accent, that's why I think it was one of these.
