Whoops, I just solved it myself ^___^
False-Face (Malachi Throne), all three Catwomen (Julie Newmar, Eartha Kitt and Lee Meriwether), Minstrel (Val Johnson), Shame (Cliff Robertson), the 2nd Riddler (John Astin), the 3rd Mr Freeze (Eli Wallach), Siren (Joan Collins), Lady Penelope Peasoup (Glynis Johns), Nora Clavicle (Barbara Rush), Calamity Jan (Dina Merrill) and Zsa Zsa Gabor (Minerva).
Out of an original 37 villains, 13 are alive today.
