This is a quote by Tallulah Bankhead about Bette Davis. Never heard of a similar one regarding Julie Andrews. Bette Davis blatantly based her character in All About Eve (Margo) on fellow actress Tallulah Bankhead. Bankhead was later asked about this. "Bette and I are very good friends," she replied. "There's nothing I wouldn't say to her face - both of them."
