How come in the Disney Channel Original Movie 'The Cheetah Girls' Raven was excluded when the Cheetahs became an actual music group?

Many people believed that after Raven, Symone said that she would not take part in The Cheetah Girls group and that soon after Adrienne Bailon quit her part as Alana on That's So Raven because Raven and Adrienne were feuding...The whole 'catfight' thing was just a joke about 'cat' and 'cheetah'. We are all friends and Raven is a part of The Cheetah Girls now." However AEGlive.com lists the The Party's Just Begun Tour dates and a promotional poster featuring only Kiely, Adrienne, and Sabrina.
