This differs depending upon special requirements within selected areas and/or various populations. Best to consult your local health department or Physician if you want to make sure of the reasons for your particular region. In the meantime, I am attaching a 2005 Sabine Vaccine Institute site. If you scroll to the bottom you can plug in your particular state.
