GnRH is Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone. It is produced and released by the hypothalmus and controls the pituitary gland's production of Gonadotropin. Gonadotropin, in turn, is produced and released by the pituitary gland and controls Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH). These two hormones are present in both men and women and control the production of sperm and eggs. Here's a good site with a glossary of fertility terms: http://www.fertilitext.org/gloss.html
