Australia. It's a continent and a nation. I won't say Antarctica because it's got claims from many different countries.

Australia is the only nation that occupies an entire continent. With an area of 7 682 300km2, it is the sixth-largest country in area after Russia, Canada, China, the United States and Brazil.

For consideration:
Antarctica is governed by the Antarctic Treaty System.
The Antarctic Treaty was signed in 1959 by 12 countries. The treaty prohibits military activities and mineral mining, supports scientific research, and protects the continent's ecozone. Ongoing experiments are conducted by more than 4,000 scientists of many nationalities and with different research interests.
