Prince Edward, aka the Earl of Wessex, who as the third son of Queen Elizabeth II, is seventh in line to secede to the throne as King. First is Charles, the Prince of Wales, then Princes William and Henry {Harry}, then Prince Andrew, Duke of York, followed by his daughters, the Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie of York. Therefore it follows the Earl of Wessex is seventh and his daughter Lady Louise Windsor is eighth. Anne, the Princess Royal follows all her brothers, even though two of them are younger than her. Finally, Princess Anne's two children Peter and Zara Phillips are tenth and eleventh. The Princess herself decided that her children should not have titles, although the Queen could have done so.
