How many people who have taken the hotseat on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" have left with nothing in both the US and British versions, and what questions did they fail on?

For the 7 people (or llamas as they are nicknamed) to win nothing on the US version they must have got their own names wrong.

Some circumstances of $0 failures were results of fallacious or hazy questions. For example, a $200 inquiry once missed was along the lines of: "How many wheels are there on a wheelbarrow? A: One - B: Two - C: Three - D: Four" Generally speaking one is the case, but two-wheeled and three-wheeled wheelbarrows are common, too.

SOTHC, those people were misfortunate, not idiotic. One man who was brought back to the show along with a mass of other losers avenged himself and collected either $125,000 or $250,000 (it has evaded my noggin).
