    I just posted a question and it said "sorry this question already asked" but I don't see it in newest questions asked. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

    		They're called newest questions because they are the newest. There are archives full of "old" questions and answers, and you can look them up.

    		If it was the one about UK license plate K7, that old question was never answered. What's wrong with asking it again? How many people are going to browse back through the old ones and answer them?
