    If Prince William becomes King what will be his title, as in King William the what?

    		If William becomes king and decides to call himself William, he would be William IV. But he doesn't have to use William. His father Charles has stated that he will be George VII. His great-grandfather Albert ruled as George VI.

    		Oops! My mistake. I completely omitted William IV who ruled in the 1830s from my mental list. Apologies. The correct answer is William V.

    		William IV was Victoria's uncle, older brother of her father and younger brother of George IV. All three men were sons of George III.
