Harry, if he uses the name, will be Henry IX.

Very good.
Many people don't know that Harry's real name is Henry.

He could choose any title he liked. His great grandfathers King Edward VIII and King George VI were actually called David and Albert respectively before they became King.

Actually, whatever name he chooses to use, his title will be King.......

Actually the answer given by davejacobs is incorrect.
Edward VIII was indeed called David, but he was not an ancestor of Prince William. Edward VII (eldest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert) was Prince Henry's great great grandfather and was known as Albert.
I'm not sure if Harry is free to choose any name, but there is at least a very strong tradition to use one of the given names, if not the first.
Thus if he were to become King, he'd most likely be Henry IX, Charles III or IV (depending on which name he father chooses), or Albert I. King David I seems impossible given both the strong biblical allusion and the possible reference to the late Duke of Windsor.

Nice one! I missed that. Actually, he wouldn't be anything the first. The first of any name in the UK and its constituent parts has just been simply King (Queen) Whatever with no number. The number only gets added in retrospect when a second arrives - by which time the first is usually dead and gone. Some other countries append I to the first - as with Juan Carlos I. Here, it's regarded as tempting fate.
As to David, there have been two Davids already (in Scotland), and, given the current political climate, he might adopt David III. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_(disambiguation) No-one now would worry about the Duke of Windsor/Edward VIII having been a David. On the other hand, John seems to be permanently blocked.....
