Which is the most important card in a standard game of Hearts?

It depends on your definition of important. The Queen of Spades is important to get rid of, since it's worth 13 points. The 2 of clubs is the first card played in a round, and hearts are all worth 1 point each. Really, an important card would be one that is low and not hearts.

The Queen of Spades which gives 13 points to the holder at the end of the round.

Unless of course you 'Shoot the Moon' and take all the hearts and the Queen of Spades then each of the other players receive 26 points and you score zero.
