Could be done in a variety of ways. Most common is likely a prop knife with only half a blade, driven into a piece of costume putty beneath the shirt. Or a full assemblage consisting of the half knife and a prosthetic wound, also likely molded with costume putty. Oct 26 06, 3:47 AM
