Dr. Pipt, sometimes called "The Crooked Magician" is a fictional character from the Oz books series by L. Frank Baum. He first appears in The Patchwork Girl of Oz.

Dr. Pipt lives in the Munchkin Country with his wife. He is notable for creating the Patchwork Girl. He also invented the Powder of Life, although in The Marvelous Land of Oz, its invention is credited to a Dr. Nikidik, another crooked magician from the Gillikin Country.
