Neat Image and Noise Ninja are supposed to be good ones at the moment depending on how much you want to spend on it and how often you are going to use it. Noise Ninja is faster if you are using it for professional, everyday purposes. Not that I know anything about it, but my husband is an IT guy so I guess he should know his stuff!
