    Well, this would be Ambrogio Lorenzetti's "Allegory of Good Government" in the Palazzo Pubblico in Siena. It includes a depiction of an hourglass and -- though this site doesn't say so -- the famous "Cinta Senese" pig". I'll find you a site on that in a minute:
