Well, Baloo, does this have anything to do with Y Bwthyn Bach?

Certainly is. Both my children were given a set when they were born by their grandmother. Needless to say, they are in the 'good' cupboard.
(Not the children, that is, but the crockery...)

I've still got my cereal bowl, also in the "good" cupboard! eBay usually has a lot of Bunnykins up for auction, some new, some vintage.

Well done Jane, almost there. That was her convent name.... Bunnykins is the longest running line Royal Doulton have got. I've still got a few bits from my childhood. Still remember making rivers of milk in my porridge...

Slightly fuller version - Barbara Vernon Bailey. Thanks, Frankie. Her work was signed Barbara Vernon, and is the more collectable end of the Bunnykins line. All her bunny pictures were painted by candlelight as the convent didn't use electricity, and she had to work after the day finished, or before it began. Not surprising that she gave up in about 1952. The fool of a prioress wouldn't take any money for the work for the convent, even though they needed it.
