    Wiki says: College Park Airport is the oldest continuously operating airport in the United States and is one of the oldest airports in the world, having been in continuous operation since 1909. Its future status is uncertain, as it lies just a few miles outside the restricted airspace of Washington, D.C.

    I think the one at Kittyhawk North Carolina might be in the running here too. As I understand it they are know for losing the first suitcase also...lol
