Signifying various contingents of prosperity, an odd number of seeds are found to show their buoyancy and according to a local title, to represent insects. What is it, and where would one be (traditionally) to enjoy this phenomena?

The best I can do on this is "sambuca con mosca" -- three coffee beans dropped into sambuca liqueur and signifying health, wealth, and happiness. "Mosca" means "fly" in Italian, and so we are, of course, in Italy.
