    		Quahog, RI is the setting for the show but that is also as close as I can get. I suppose it might be a logical leap to say that he is from Cleveland, however, I'm not finding that stated anywhere.

    		I think jacquie38 has it correct. Cleveland is a character on Family Guy. The show takes place in Quahog, Rhode Island

    		Peter met Cleveland while trying to hitchhike back to Rhode Island. Cleveland had just had a run in with the Klu Klux Klan near the South Carolina border.
