    It is probably the Wimbledon match on Jun 25, 1969 - The longest tennis match at Wimbledon - After 5 hrs 12 mins Pancho Gonzales defeated Charles Pasarell 22-24, 1-6, 16-14, 6-3, 11-9.

    Additional info --- on the 18th January, 1991: Longest tennis match at the Australian Open, Boris Becker beats Italy's Omar Camporese in 5 hours and 11 minutes.

    The longest singles match in recorded tennis history took place at the 1982 Davis Cup Quarterfinals when John McEnroe defeated Mats Wilander 9-7, 6-2, 15-17, 3-6, 8-6. The match lasted for 6 hours and 32 minutes.

    Longest singles match: Fabrice Santoro defeated Arnaud Clément (France) at Roland Garros 2004, in a 6 hour, 37 minute first round match played over three days.

    At the 2004 French Open Fabrice Santoro and Arnaud Clement (both French) played the longest match since the Open era of professional tennis began in 1968. The match began on Monday, May 24 but play was suspended in the 5th set when darkness fell. The game resumed the next day and Santoro finaly beat Clement 16-14 to win the fifth set. The 71 game marathon lasted a total of 6 hours, 33 minutes on court, beating the former record of 6:22 played by John McEnroe and Mats Wilander at the 1982 Davis Cup.

    According to Guinness World Records:

    The longest competitive tennis match lasting 25 hr 25 min was played between Christian Albrecht Barschel and Hauke Daene (both Germany) on 12-13 September 2003 at Mölln Tennis Club, Mölln, Germany.

    The longest professional match: The Wimbledon 2010 first round match in which John Isner took 11 hours and 5 minutes to defeat Nicolas Mahut 6-4, 3-6, 6-7(7), 7-6(3), 70-68 over the three day period of 22–24 June 2010. The fifth set was the longest set in history as determined by both duration and number of games (8 hours 11 minutes, 138 games); the set itself would have broken the duration (previous record: 6 hours 33 minutes) and number of games (previous record: 112 games (singles), 122 games (doubles)) records of whole matches.
