    Which composer has written songs in the most languages?

    Can you give any documentary evidence to that effect?

    Mozart composed French, Italian and German into his many songs and operas, as well as Latin for much of his church music. Schubert also composed in over three languages, as did Mendelssohn.

    In my latest opera, I have written a libretto which incorporates English, Dutch, Hebrew, Aramaic, Latin, Spanish and a Chinese name reference, not to mention some songs I've written in Yiddish, German and Italian.
