The only one to feature skiing in the opening sequence was "The Spy who Loved me".
Although skiing is featured in "On her Majesty's Secret Service", "For your Eyes Only", "The Living Daylights", and "The World is not Enough" it was not shown during the opening sequence.
There have been other chase scenes in the snow, such as in "Goldeneye" and "Die Another Day", but they involved other modes of transportation, such as hovercraft in "Die Another Day"

I only found two...The spy who loved me; and A view to a kill. They were both opening sequences (before the theme song). Other than that, nothing else. Just wanted to get things verified.
