    Being a bit of an aficionado, I found it most intriguing to know of a product named after its own unit of measurement, has buyers signing a disclaimer form, and is 'sealed' with a miniature skull. What is it, and what is preceding item in terms of that measurement?

    		Dave's Insanity Sauce, allegedly the hottest pepper sauce on the market. 'Temporary Insanity' sauce is slightly milder. But only slightly.

    The father of my Mexican ex girlfriend thought he'd show up a gringo by eating a dollop of Insanity. And that's why she's my ex.

    		Very close, but no. You need to look for the skull, and the unit of measurement.

    		We must be talking about "16 Million Reserve" sauce, "16 million" being the heat score of pure capsaicin peppers.

    I love hot sauce, but yikes!
