It is Philadelphia. The last team to win a championship were the 76'ers in 1983

I'm guessing Chicago:
Cubs 1908 (99), White Sox 2005 (2), Bulls 1998 (9), Blackhawks 1961 (46), Bears 1985 (22). Both Cubs and Blackhawks are longest in their respective sport.
