    1964 was exceptional for being THE ONE YEAR THAT ALL FOUR OSCAR ACTING AWARDS WERE WON BY NON-AMERICANS. Sweeping the board were three from England and one from Greece: REX HARRISON ( for "My Fair Lady"), PETER USTINOV ( for "Topkapi"), JULIE ANDREWS ( for "Mary Poppins") and LILA KEDROVA ( for "Zorba The Greek").
