    		10 January 2007 - The Central Bank of Sudan has started the circulation of Sudanese pounds as a currency to take over from the dinar.

    		Slovenia changed over to using the euro from the tolar on 1 January 2007. There was a brief period of double currency, but from 16 Janaury 2007, only the euro can be accepted.
