The noun quinsy has one meaning:

Meaning #1: a painful pus-filled inflammation of the tonsils and surrounding tissues; usually a complication of tonsillitis
    Synonym: peritonsillar abscess

That would be George Washington: "George Washington is believed to have died of complications arising from Quinsy."
