    Which countries have both Arabic and a European language as official languages?

    		Chad – Arabic and French.
    Djibouti – Arabic and French.

    There may be others.

    		Arpeggionist is wrong: Arabic is the only official language in Algeria, though French and Berber are also used.
    Tabby Tom is right, but he forgot the Comoro Islands - Arabic and French.
