    Blueberries

Blueberries, nature's only 'blue' food, are a rich source of polyphenols, potent antioxidants that include phenolics acids, tannins, flavonols and anthocyanins.

    Bleu cheese has blue speckles.

Blue cheese is a general classification of cow's milk and/or goat's milk cheeses with a blue or blue-green mold. The blue mold in these cheeses is due to mold spores from Penicillium roqueforti or Penicillium glaucum, etc.

Blue food is a rare occurrence in nature. There are no leafy blue vegetables, no blue meats, and aside from blueberries and a few blue-purple potatoes from remote spots on the globe, blue just doesn't exist in any significant quantity as a natural food color.

This is the reason that sticking plasters (band-aids) in a catering first aid kit should be blue. Never mind the finger, you can spot the plaster.

M & Ms now contain blue candies, which qualify under the terms of the question. Also there are fish tacos, which obviously can be made from Blue Gill, right?

Bluegill (a member of the sunfish family) are not actually blue. The name comes from the bright blue edging visible on its gill raker. Bluefish have a silvery-blue tint to them, however, served as "food" they aren't going to look much different than any other fish.

There have been blue Smarties for years, too. There is blue in the mould inside some cheeses, and green in others. Whether the mould counts as a food is open to question. It's the cheese you buy.
