Who was England's smallest queen, and (of course) how tall was she (and her husband too while we're at it)?

That seems to be Matilda of Flanders, wife of the Conqueror. She was apparently 4'2", while her husband was 5'10".
That's genuine dwarfism, especially when you consider that average heights in Europe during the 11th century were greater than in the 19th.

They had a rather interesting courtship too, apparently... She was 10" shorter than Victoria. I found this one while looking up various queens for Flem-ish's question, having forgotten Berengaria.
