    I vaguely remember reading about this disused World War II oil rig off the coast of the UK which became the permanent home of a couple, whereby they decided to classify it as being an independant country, introducing their own laws and even their own currency, I believe. I'm unable to source it and would like to know what it was called, and maybe even a site address I could go to which would give me some information regarding it?
