    I think qp may be looking for "anamorphosis", used by Hans Holbein and a feature of Beever's quite fascinating works:

    Yes! Anamorphosis is the word. Holbein's skull is a mystery to me, but not as mysterious as Dali's CONIC anamorphoses. More appealing, though.

    Oh, so you should get some sort of prize. Hmmm, maybe an anamorphic saint floating above a London sidewalk? A bit ethereal to use as a paperweight.
