Indeed it is! I did some more digging, and my reference made no mention of Cyprus, but I'm sure that it has the rest of them.

I disagree on Armenia. It is true that very small parts of Georgia and Azerbaijan are geographically situated in Europe, but no part of Armenia is. And this "cultural" argument is a little weak. No one would claim that Israel is in Europe, even if it "culturally" is a part of Europe, participates in the European Song Contest, participates in the UEFA (European) football association etc. So, even if Armenia (and of course, Georgia) would very much like to be a European country, it is not. Even if both of these countries are mainly Christian.
