I thought this had already been answered. Maybe it was deleted for lack of reference.
The Falasha, or Beta Israel, are the Ethiopian Jews. How and when Jews got to Ethiopia is a question of considerable dispute.

There is an intriguing story that the Queen of Sheba bore Solomon's child, founding the Solomonic dynasty, which ultimately produced Haile Selassie I, who in turn was revered as divine in the Rastafari movement.
