What Hollywood actress ran over a photographer with her car?

As per this morning news on my radio radio here in NJ (Philly station) Lindsay Lohan! They were saying that what really happened was, the photographer more or less jumped on her car and acted it all out like she ran him down...he went to the hospital and was released with a bruised knee...poor baby! Here ya go: Lindsay Lohan was caught up in controversy early Tuesday after hitting a member of the paparazzi while trying to drive away from New York club Butter. This all occurred hours before her father, Michael, was released from a New York state prison after more than two years behind bars for DUI. As the photographer was in pain on the ground, the actress was escorted out of her white BMW and into a bodyguard's black SUV nearby. An ambulance was called to the scene and the unnamed photographer was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for a bruised knee and later released. Lohan and her entourage then raced through the New York streets to escape the photos on her tail, and when the vehicle she was a passenger in drove the wrong way up a one-way street, the paparazzi followed and two photographers were pulled over by police and cited.
