    		I would say the UCLA Bruins under John Wooden.

    "Under Wooden, UCLA won an unprecedented 10 NCAA championships, including seven consecutive (1966-73). Included in the string is one of the most amazing win streaks in all of sports, 38 straight NCAA tournament victories."

    Wooden is an amazing, and amazingly successful, man, still alive at age 96.

    		From 1978 to 1997 under Dan Gable, the Iowa Hawkeyes won seventeen NCAA wrestling championships, including nine straight (1978-1986). They won three more from 1998-2000 under Jim Zalesky.
