"At sea level, at a temperature of 21 °C (70 °F) and under normal atmospheric conditions, the speed of sound is 344 m/s (769.5 mph or 1238 km/h or 979 ft/sec)."

Elevation, temperature and humidity WILL change the speed of sound through air.

Knowing this......The distance of 4360 feet times 2 (there and back) divided 979 = 8.9070 seconds
