Do "raw peanuts" need to be kept refrigerated?

If they are green, yes! And boil them soon since they are highly perishable.|
If they're dry, you can store them in a cool, dry, dark place for up to 4 mos.
Once they're boiled, refrigerate. They should keep for up to 10 days, and can be frozen if you want to keep them longer.
Don't know why I was assuming you'd boil them rather than roast them. Boiled peanuts are delicious but wet and messy.

Here, this might be more helpful:
"Store unshelled raw peanuts in an airtight container up to two month on the shelf, 6 months in refrigerator or 12 months in freezer."
