Back in the 1960's, a certain psychologist, notorious for an earlier piece of work, ran an experiment in an attempt to make some determinations regarding social "connectedness." From this experiment came an expression that became the title of a play and also inspired a game. Who was the psychologist, what did he do, and what is the expression?

No, sorry, zbeck. Leary was not involved in this experiment. It did not involve a drug.
Focus on the play and the game. And the word "connectedness." I included these for a reason.
I might emphasize that I earlier asked a question about this psychologist's most notorious experiment.

Very nice, Trident. Milgram, as I indicated in my earlier question, became notorious for his very controversial "Obedience to Authority" experiment, inspired by the trial of Adolf Eichmann.
