    I recently saw an advert for Disney Channel which included clips from "The Little Mermaid", "The Princess Diaries", "101 Dalmatians" and "The Wild". There was also a clip which had a black princess and a Chinese prince. Which film is this from?

    		That would be the 1997 version of Cinderella starring Brandy. The "Chinese" prince is actually 6'1" Paolo Montalban who is from the Philippines.

    		It might be worth mentioning that the "Cinderella" starring Brandy and Paolo Montalban (also Whoopi Goldberg, Victor Garber, and Jason Alexander, as I recall), was just the latest version of the Rodgers and Hammerstein television classic that began with Julie Andrews as Cinderella in 1957 and moved on to Lesley Ann Warren in 1965:
