I think that the answer is the Babylonians because all of the other three occupied Rome at some time during history.

Not so sure about the Greeks occupying Rome, but they had an undoubted influence on the Romans. The Etruscans definitely occupied Rome - Tarquinius Superbus and Co. The Romans were Latins. Rome was originally just one of the cities of Latium, which is why the language spoken in all those cities is called Latin, but the Empire which was ruled by one of them is the Roman Empire. The early Romans had probably never heard of the Babylonians.
