    		Suzi Quatro -- Suzi was the first female bass player to front her own rock band and succeed in an area traditionally seen as a male domain. She played an improbably low-slung bass and had a string of hits such as Can The Can, Devil Gate Drive and Wild One - an early anthem to girl power.
